Films We Love :: Madame Tutli-Putli

The first time I saw Madame Tutli-Putli, I wasn’t quite sure what to think. I had a hard time believing everything in the film wasn’t actually alive. ┬áThe short stop-motion film by Canadian filmmakers Chris Lavis and Maciek Szczerbowski takes us on a quirky little trip on a strange but exciting night-train filled with all kinds of mysterious characters. Aside from being an awesome short film, the animation itself is some of the most amazing stop-motion I’ve ever seen on an independent production.
