shows we love :: kanye, lupe, estelle

The second half of the summer concerts have been good fun. We got to check out the Glow in the Dark show with Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco and N.E.R.D. Kanye’s show was a theatrical surprise with an impressive futuristic stage backdrop, a narrative and great live band.

To give you an idea, he even got eaten by a monster! To top it, Jay-Z blessed the stage for an encore song Kanye produced, “Jockin Jay-Z (Dope Boy Fresh).” The whole show was incredible.

Speaking of Kanye, I also got to see Estelle live and she absolutely rocked it! I’ve really enjoyed listening to her new album these hot summer months. She’s the new English R&B sensation to hit the US and we’re happy to have her.
