Artists We Love :: Stephan Doitschinoff aka Calma

Stephan Doitschinoff, aka Calma, recently created the artwork for the N.A.S.A music video Strange Enough, which is just incredible. Since we’ve never had the pleasure of featuring him on our site, we decided to give you a little background and share the beautiful documentary, Temporal, which captures Calma’s process while contextualizing his creations.

The Jonathan LeVine Gallery curated Calma’s first NY solo exhibit, Novo Mundo, in 2008 introducing us to his rich imagery and social commentary on institutionalized power.
