Exhibits We Love :: Ellis Gallagher, Indelibly Ephemeral

One of our favorite Friends We Love, Ellis Gallagher, is having a solo exhibit, Indelibly Ephermeral, at Adjust Gallery in the in downtown Miami. He’ll be showing a wide range of his work, incorporating installation, photography, screen prints, originals and paintings. The opening coincides with the Wynwood Arts District Second Saturdays Art Walk on April 9th and includes music, live art for a great night.

Exhibits We Love :: Miru Kim @ Doosan Gallery

Miru Kim’s solo exhibit, The Pig That Therefore I Am, opens this Thursday, March 24, 2011 at the Doosan Gallery in New York City. This powerful collection of self portraits taken in industrial sow farms around the US raises thoughts of our relationship and treatment of other sentient beings. Please watch Kim’s recent performance in Poland inspired by this series and read her poetic and provocative artist statement.
