Our friends in Atlanta have an opportunity to attend Jung at HeART, the debut benefit for the The Creative Community Housing Project, an organization dedicated to providing affordable housing for artists and supporting community-based art initiatives and programs. Founded by artist and documentarian Neda Abhari, this is one of many exhibits that will serve as fundraisers for the CCHP. If you’re unable to attend, please donate to the cause on their Kickstarter page. – Moni Pineda

This Thursday is shaping up to be a busy one for great art. The White Box gallery will be hosting a benefit afterparty complete with video art, Butoh dance, aerials, interactive installations & DJs – all for a $10 suggested donation that includes 3D glasses. Sounds like a great party to me!

A couple of weeks ago while I spinning with Amir on EVR, he told me that his partner in crime, Kon, had been in the hospital. Given that we do not have universal health care in this industrialized nation of ours, I’m sure his wallet needs some medical attention as well.
This Thursday our good friends Giant Step & DJ Spinna are giving 100% of the proceed from their weekly party, Journey at Santos to benefit Kon. We couldn’t think of a better reason to go out for a boogie, especially with line up that includes Rich Medina, Eli, Cosmo, Scratch & Amir. A good night for a good cause! – Moni Pineda
