Our good friends at Wax Poetics are re-releasing Fania’s Joe Cuba, “El Alcalde del Barrio – The Architect of the Nuyorican Sound” and throwing a big party to celebrate. They’ve pulled all the stops on this one with live performances by the great Chico Mann, The Boogaloo Assassins and DJ sets by Bobbito Garcia & Turmix.
