I’m loving this video + this beat is BANANASSSS! Crazy how much this video reminded me of my youth- Hip-Hop + Dancing + Arcades + Skateboarding. Nuff said. Enjoy!

I came across an cropped image of a young women’s legs in mid-flight about to sink into a delicious looking pool. Instant smile. I click on the link and see 10 more beautiful images of young women ascending and descending into pools of water. Smile widens. As I’m clicking through I come to realize these amazing images all all paintings. Smile turns into a BIG FAT “O” – After a few shakes of the head, I go on a full on clicking spree through the rest of artist Eric Zener’s breathetaking work.

films we love :: i’m here – a short film by spike jonze
The beautiful creative force that is Spike Jonze recently collaborated with Absolut Vodka to create a 35 minute robot love story entitled “I’m Here”. The short film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend, much to the delight of critics and fans alike.

There’s something about watching people of all ages just dropping their guard and letting the good times roll or in this case boogie. With offices in London, New York and Amsterdam, hopefully we’ll all be 5 stories tall and dancing on a buildings sooner than later.
Deals We Love :: NYC Restaurant Week
Restaurant Week is here again and if there are restaurants you’d love to try but are bit out of your budget, this is a good option. From January 25 to February 7th you can enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe lunch for $24.07 or $35 for dinner at more than 260 restaurants. You can get a bit adventurous and try something new but still have the option of seeing their menus before deciding. It’s a good idea to make reservations as some of these places are in high demand and at times limit the number of seats. Drinks are not included and can easily add up, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, enjoy great meals & tell us about your experience. We love great food around here : )
PS. There are great recipes on the Restaurant Week site. Some of our favorites are Tuna au Poivre with Caramelized Cauliflower from Tavern on the Green, Roasted Oysters with Shallots and Herbs from Beacon and the Dark Chocolate Pear Tart with Milk Chocolate Cream from Oceana. Have fun!
