Have you ever wondered who is behind the fluorescent cubes on the sidewalk that make you stop, smile or simply engage you from whatever you’re doing for that split second? Those moments of presence are brought to you by Aakash Nihalani who is not only responsible for these ephemeral sticky pieces but also for his paintings, drawings, etched glass work and now an interactive site Magkinetic Drawings. When he sent me the link, I was transfixed. I played with shapes and found the whole experience entertaining and relaxing. Great way to take a little break.
