With sculptural stamps around the world, Invader celebrates his 1000th mosaic with an exhibit at La Générale in his hometown of Paris through July 2, 2011. See Invader in action as he erects this milestone piece in the video below. New York based artist, Swoon, has teamed with creative lifestyle brand, Upper Playground, to release the limited edition Walki print – 100% of the proceeds from the print will go towards support of The Konbit Shelter Project. The Konbit Shelter Project was created with the idea that a group of artists, engineers, architects and builders could pool their individual knowledge, resources and time to make a lasting difference in post-earthquake Haiti.

Shorts We Love :: 2:12 by Primo
This short on artist 2:12 is part of the longer documentary, Stick ‘Em Up! by Houston filmmaker Alex “Primo” Luster. Primo has been shooting and editing since he was 14 and it’s evident in his style. His production company Shoot.Edit.Sleep has produced a nice range of shorts capturing the artist community of Houston, Texas. Evan Roth’s Graffiti Analysis project aims to study, document and archive the motion of graffiti through open source software and the online database #000000book. The software continues to evolve and is now giving us a 3D glimpse into some of our favorite tags and artists. There’s even a “How To” section detailing all the steps to create your own rig at home. Sneak Peaks We Love :: Banksy – Exit Through The Gift Shop
Holy smokes this one looks like it’s gonna be one for the books, or iPads or whatever it is you’re using these days to keep track of your memorable moments. Banksy has just released a nice long extended scene of his new “Exit Through The Gift Shop” film. This slice of the film really sets the stage for all the players in the film- But best of all it leaves you wanting MORE! Luckily for all lovers of Banksy the film will be making it’s NYC debut on Friday April 16th.
