Every now and then we come across a great new video series we can’t share fast enough. Levi Maestro’s “Maestro Knows” is that kind of video series. We came across it a couple of months back when Jeff Staple posted a video Levi made while in Japan on his blog. From there we watched one after another after another. We just loved Levi’s approach to how he documents both his travels and his subjects, which in most cases are his friends, lending the series a very natural flow. If you love to travel, explore culture & take photos, this is the site for you. Earthalbum.com “started out as a hobby project and has begun to take on a life on its own,” says Ed Park. It’s a basically a mashup of Google maps & Flickr where you can zoom into any location and find photos from that region that have been uploaded to Flickr. Since photos are uploaded everyday, you may have a different experience each time you visit a location. It’s like taking mini visual vacations to exotic destinations we’ve always wanted to visit. Genius!
