Exhibits We Love :: Keith Haring – Urban Legend @ Carmichael Gallery LA
We are pleased to hear the Carmichael Gallery will be exhibiting over 20 works by Keith Haring in their upcoming Urban Legend show. We just visited their gallery this week to see the beautiful work of Nina Pandolfo (photos soon coming) and wish we could be around for this next show. Artists We Love :: Justin Bua
I randomly came across this video late last night while surfing the web + immediately got pulled into the world of BUA. What you’ll see a nice short + to the point artist profile done by the good folks at VIMBY on Los Angeles artist, Justin Bua. The funny thing is I’ve known about Bua’s work for sometime now but never actually knew who he was or the fact that he was so hilarious. It’s really nice to see the personality of an artist shine through their art as well as their interviews.

Now, what that book is called or when it will available for purchase is still being worked out. Anyway, this short little stop motion masterpiece just got me so open. Nothing better than seeing someone figure out a way to make something so simple so out right spectacular.
Art We Love :: Aakash Nihalani – Boxing in India
Aakash Nihalani, a most definite artist + friend we love recently to a trip back to his Motherland of India. Thankfully while their he taped the town red, so to speak, by adding his unique fluorescent geometric flair to the urban landscapes of New Delhi and Mumbai. Happy to see his art and ideas expanding further and further each time we check in. Great job Aakash!
