Artists We Love :: Chanel Kennebrew / Junkprints.com

I first saw Chanel Kennebrew’s work at the outdoor art fair our girl Toofly & Younity organized this past summer. Let’s just say Chanel is quite prolific & talented. I signed up to get her newsletter and realized that she’ll be speaking at the Asian American Arts Alliance Workshop Series this Thursday on the topic of selling artwork online. If you’ve never visited her site, Junkprints.com, take some time to look around. There’s quite a few handmade bags, dresses, hoodies & limited edition pieces designed by Ms. Chanel in the store. I’ve posted one of my favorites – the Matilda Postcard Set, which is really adorable & affordable at $12. If you’d like to attend her workshop, here’s the info:
Toofly, Artist :: 120 Seconds

In 2007, Toofly realized that her passion is not just painting but bringing people together which inspired her to form the female collaborative arts movement, Younity.
